Jayna Morton is a
native Texan, living in Kilgore, TX. She teaches kindergarten at Leverett's Chapel Elementary. Jayna
holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from UT Tyler and Texas teaching certification from LeTourneau University.
Jayna has been a member of ETWA now for many years and was Vice President of ETWA in 2006. In
addition to writing contemporary and inspirational romance, Jayna participates in National Novel Writing Month every year.
She's not just a writer, but an avid reader as well. She's spent years studying the writing
craft and waiting for "the call." She has high respect for both the artistic and technical sides of the writing
business.
